Job Description
- Egyptian Packaging and Plastic Systems Corp. is hiring a seasoned marketer to handle its marketing activities. As the go-to person for any marketing related activities, you will be exposed to almost every aspect of marketing working in a dynamic industry, essentially providing the commercial function with branding and marketing projects/programs needed for lead generation and expanding market share. The ideal candidate would be a self starter and an organized marketing professional who can take responsibility and ownership of big initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns. Measure success and optimize results.
- Plan and execute the company participation in local and international exhibitions.
- Establish company’s visual brand guidelines, work with designers to develop all visual collateral (catalogues, web banners, flyers, exhibitions,..etc)
- Work with the management to develop marketing strategies that serve the company’s strategic business directions and execute accordingly.
- Maintain the corporate digital channels: update content and upload videos,..etc
- Craft strong messages and content that appeals to the company’s customer persona.
- Enable the sales team with all needed materials for their sales kit including presentations, videos, leave-behinds,...etc.
- Expand the company's reach to customers, suppliers and partners locally and abroad.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably at a B2B company, industrial market is a plus.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills. Written Arabic is a plus.
- Superior project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver high-quality work on-time and on-budget.
- Very good copywriting skills for various mediums (online and print) and various formats (emails, website, marketing collateral, flyers, catalogues, ...etc.)
- Experience in digital marketing planning and execution a plus (eg. Facebook, Google Adwords).
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ambitious and dedicated with a strong work ethic, interested in growing a career in B2B especially in the industrial market.
