Job Description

Customer Care Rep. Will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer face to face
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer care/customer service experience
  • Have a Good Background about Samsung Mobiles is preferred
  • The ability to learn how to solve small technical Problems
