Job Description

  • Handling complaints, including member escalations and rejections
  • Focal communication point between the company & Employer
  • Review the client list , additions & deletions
  • Communicate and insure implementing the chronic medication
  • Reimbursement Claims (RI)
  • Complete the claims RI log sheet
  • Review and filter all RI documents

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Male
  • Age Limit: From 25 to 30
  • Education: University Graduates
  • Languages:Fluent English /Arabic
  • Skills: Communication, Handling skills, Computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in customer service minimum of 1 year.
  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday - From 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM
  • Working location : 6 October ( Subject for change ,Based on business needs.)
