Job Description
- Handling complaints, including member escalations and rejections
- Focal communication point between the company & Employer
- Review the client list , additions & deletions
- Communicate and insure implementing the chronic medication
- Reimbursement Claims (RI)
- Complete the claims RI log sheet
- Review and filter all RI documents
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: From 25 to 30
- Education: University Graduates
- Languages:Fluent English /Arabic
- Skills: Communication, Handling skills, Computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in customer service minimum of 1 year.
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday - From 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM
- Working location : 6 October ( Subject for change ,Based on business needs.)
