Job Description
Key Duties :
- The Consultant is responsible for developing and configuring RSA Archer GRC solutions to assigned customers in the region. The role requires an understanding of relevant technologies as well as a basic understanding of GRC, and the ability to work cross-functionally in teams. The consultant relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Support requirements gathering and solution design activities
- Configure GRC solutions based on customer requirements
- Support pre-sales activities
- Systems integration and data migration
- Troubleshoot and optimize solutions
- Quality assurance and testing activities
- Creation of solution documentation
Job Requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Fluent English.
- Flexible to travel up to 50%.
- Consultative aptitude to provide proven recommendations to customers.
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment
- Ability to lead workshops and analyze business requirements.
- Understanding ofGovernance, Risk and Complianceprinciples and best practices.
- Experience in consultancy roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of RSA Archer as well as technologies such as IIS, SQL, XML etc.
- Technical skills to facilitate configuration, interoperability and integration efforts.
- Experience from test and /QA procedures.
- Able to work cross functionally and in teams.
