Job Description

  • Tracking branches cleaning, pest control and transportation problems
  • Track and analyze department expense accounts.
  • Handle all travel requests and reservations inside and outside Egypt and introduce new travel benefits for staff.
  • Answers incoming calls, directs them as needed or takes messages.
  • Supports administration team in department projects/events.
  • Coordinates with courier and mailing to dispatch parcels to related parties.
  • Oversee administration documents filing (purchase orders, invoices, contracts,..).
  • Handle all travel requests and reservations inside and outside Egypt.
  • Manages the reception area to ensure environment is professionally maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
