Job Description
An experienced mobile developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team to design and build the next generation of our Android mobile applications and their integration with back-end services.
Responsibilities
- Design and build, test, and deploy advanced applications working throughout the entire lifecycle of the app from idea to delivery.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in project plan, timeline estimations and technical documentations.
- Translate business requirements and wireframes into high quality code.
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with outside data sources and APIs.
- Collaborate with QC team to reach Software with the desired quality.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience of minimum 3 years in Mobile Software Development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- You must have a proven records of android applications available in the store.
- Able to spot/fix bugs in other’s code.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player; self-motivated and with a good attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Eager to achieve great goals for himself and the company
- Able to meet deadlines.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Android Java is Mandatory, Kotlin knowledge is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of android.
- Experience with software architecture and design patterns
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Eager to learn new technologies and work with it.
- Experience in Git source control.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming and synchronization.
- Solid Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
