Job Description
- Prepare data base & HRIS.
- Prepare all personnel duties.
- Prepare employee files.
- Handle all labor office issues.
- Calculate vacations records.
- Handle all social insurance issues.
- Handle all medical insurance issues.
- Handle all hiring procedures.
- Handle all resignation procedures.
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly time-sheets.
- Calculate bonuses and allowances.
- Prepare employee’s compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
- Schedule bank payment or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts ( Digital or Paper ).
- Report on payroll expenses.
- Ensure wages and payroll tax are comply with regulations.
- Enter new employee’s data into HR ERP.
- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience is a must.
- HR Diploma or certificate is plus.
- Oracle experience is preferred.
- Very good communications skills.
- Very good English language.
- Multitasking person.
