Job Description
A reputable law firm needs a corporate lawyer with the following responsibilities:
- Handle the daily legal tasks required by our client such as:-
a) Drafting and reviewing different legal documents,
b) Supporting different Departments of our client by providing them with sound legal advice.
- Attend the required meetings with our client.
- Coordination (phones, emails and meetings) with Legal Fair team in all legal tasks required by our client.
- Act as a link point between different departments at our client and Legal Fair.
- Prepare and send daily reports to Legal Fair Management.
- Assist in handling the outdoor legal and procedural tasks at different governmental authorities.
- Translate different legal documents.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing different types of contracts.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Excellent English is a Must.
- Females Preferred
- Work Location: Nasr City.
