Job Description

Job Role

The job is to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to your Direct Manager’s working life and communication. To provide high-level personal assistance and administrative support to the Direct Manager.

About the Job

  • Making appointments and planning their Direct Manager’s diary
  • Responsible for organizing GM travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.
  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the entire organization.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office, meet& greet visitors, handle inbound calls and monitor inbound email inquiries.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive reports
  • Manage and maintain GM’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
  • Further tasks according to instruction of the General Manager

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software
