Job Purpose
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverable
(corporate videos, E-Learning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Job Scope
- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
- Developing all motion graphics, primarily focusing on YouTube videos, social media content, digital marketing, and advertising needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
Job Authorities
- Cooperate with relevant departments to complete product promotions and operations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns that set the benchmark for innovation design
Job Duties
- Design Videos, Motion graphics, and Other Web Videos to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns job requirements.
- Working on designs to produce an effective marketing and advertising campaign.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphics files.
- Handle projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines while supporting the product brand.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Responsible for the creative process at different stages
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Stay up-to- date with the latest digital trends and technologies that will best serve the quality of work produced, and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Job Requirements
Job Qualification
- Minimum 3 years Experience in the same position.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
(e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks,Photoshop, Cinema 4D, In design, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut) - Attention to details
- A strong eye for typography and layout design is essential
- Time and resource management skills
- Good English language skills
- Communication skills & the will to comprehend detailed briefs
- Tolerance & acceptance of feedback with the will to progress
- Some post-production workflow experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Passion for motion design and storytelling.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on - clients' needs.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Strong interest in cultural trends and keeping a pulse on everything social media
- Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction and audio mixing.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity

- Strong fundamental skills in video timing, pace, frame composition,color, and motion.
