Job Description

CaptainEco is a wellness and lifestyle brand and is looking for a commission-based B2B Sales Representative to work remotely to help get our products in stores!

We manufacture all of our products and are looking for some top-notch commission-based B2B Sales Representatives to position our brand into the health and wellness industry. We are seeking Representatives who are driven and passionate about growing a brand by contacting buyers, explaining product features, answering product questions, and closing deals with retailers.

Only experienced Manufacturing Sales Representatives apply.

Duties

  • Identify prospective B2B customers using business directories and follow leads from existing clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
  • Help customers select products based on their needs, product specifications, and regulations.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements with guidance from the cofounders.
  • Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns and gather any feedback.
  • Communicate with customers about reorders of products.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • High School diploma or BS/BA college degree preferred
  • Must own a computer or laptop
  • Strong sales ability, energetic, and positive personality
  • B2B contract manufacturing sales experience
  • Willingness to be taught and led by a great team of colleagues and mentors.
