Job Description
- Monitor team performance and progress.
- Provide any training that team members need.
- Delegate tasks to team and set deadlines.
- Preparation/review of test plans and reports.
- Formulation and implementation of software testing strategies
- Suggest and organize team tasks.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Provide status reporting of team activities to the manager.
- Ensure that the team is always working on the highest priority work.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals and motivate team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience
- Education: BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Certification(s): ISTQB certified
- Special Course(s): Software test automation courses
- Training: Software test automation courses
- Travel probability: Not mandatory
- TECHNICAL SKILS: Advanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS and TFS
- Languages: Arabic and English are mandatory (Spoken and writing).
- Competencies: Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, Leadership
