Job Description
- Provide operational and technical support for customers analyzing a wide variety of issues, determine needed actions, and follow through to resolution
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and handle and resolve customer issues via telephone and e-mail
- Follow up the documentation process
- Contact Shipping Lines for rates and maintain updated rates database
- Issue quotations
- Issue bill of lading
Job Requirements
- Bachelor' Degree
- (2-3) yrs experience in import/export documentation activities in shipping line/agency
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken) & Computer
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
