Job Description
- Ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation of the equipment.
- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Data entry into ERP system.
- Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
- Initiate proper startup/shutdown activities for planned and unplanned startup/shutdown.
- Assist utility operation and troubleshooting.
- Record and monitor consumables stock.
- Write the shift report.
- Organize the shift attendance & Leaves.
- Ensure & follow performance of the inspection report.
- Training the shift electrician for better performance.
- Report for Dept. manager plant troubles & Breakdowns.
- Safe and hygienic maintenance and Maintenance plan
- Use equipment properly and follow safety features.
- Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines/equipment/production lines which have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering
- 2-4 experience in a similar continuous process industry.
Technical and Behavioral Skills:
- Good knowledge of Bearing, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Assembly of equipment.
- Good knowledge of computers, operating systems & the internet.
- Good command of English
- Self-motivated & good time management.
