Job Description

What you will do

  • You will lead the day to day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members. 
  • You’ll work directly with clients – remotely– and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its end products. 
  • You will make an important contribution to the understanding of client visuals requirements, key presentation dates and meetings, overall approach of client content and story line and work closely with internal presentation designers to develop presentations that help deliver key messages of our clients.
  • You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true follower ship. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction. 
  • Your superior conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance.
  • Client project work typically includes understanding the objective of the client's project, overall deliverables, consulting engagement plan, broad story line of the project, visual themes and developing recommendations and supervising presentation visual development to support client’s work.
  • During this process, you will also be expected to build solid client relationships that are based on mutual trust and support, where you will be the main contact point and partner of support for presentation visual requirements. 
  • You will also be expected to provide consultation and advice for client on the delivery of their presentations and how to ensure complex ideas are communicated in the most simple and clear way to target audiences.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Academic degree with excellent record
  • 5+ years of relevant business management or account management experience in a reputable company
  • Proven record of high performance and results
  • Experience working with a multinational consulting company and / or multinational creative design agency
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in team environment
  • Client oriented problem solving
  • Great communication skills, especially in a remote working setup
  • Solid project management and coordination skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and tackle different client requirements
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Experience working in GCC in consulting industry is a plus
  • Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, and Keynote
