Job Description
- Plan itinerary and schedule travel accommodations for staff, coaches, and team members.
- Study routes and regulations and considers cost, availability, and convenience in dealing with numerous travel agencies and airlines in developing the most efficient and economical forms of travel.
- Assist department personnel in determining travel needs; notify department personnel and/or team members of travel dates and times providing written itineraries when needed.
- Administer and manage all paperwork associated with department travel including purchase requisitions, check requests, purchase orders, special purchase orders, and travel vouchers.
- Prepare travel Invoices and follow up with the finance department
- Collect the approved travel invoices.
- Responsibility on the residences and Saudi Visas and Follow up.
- Negotiate on the corporate deals with the Hotels, and proceed in it.
