Job Summary

Stylish Eve is seeking to hire for it's well known brands "Rush Brush" and "Hapilin" an enthusiastic Sales Manager, with a can do attitude.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and help others achieve their maximum sales potential!

Job Description:

  • Manage all of our B2B and B2C Sales
  • Plan and execute sales plans to meet and exceed our financial objectives
  • Responsible for all sales activities and events
  • Responsible for setting annual targets for each brand
  • Responsible for opening new accounts for the company like pharmacies, hyper markets, and all point of sales to achieve our strategic vision for market expansion
  • Responsible for penetrating new markets such as new cities
  • Conduct Market Research and study market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors on sales
  • Determine stock required and implement price and credit policy
  • In charge of Stock monitoring
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure the perfect utilization of the inventory
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders such as Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans
  • Effectively partners with customers and co-workers to resolve complex customer situations
  • Conducts weekly observations and provides effective feedback to sales promoters
  • Acts as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing training and awareness of our products and promotions to our sales promoters
  • Assists the management team to achieve and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management
  • Participate in Management meetings
  • Manage the sales team performance, and setting their KPI's

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English level
  • Must have experience in Health and beauty products and markets
  • Flexibility to travel to different cities
  • Ability to manage more than one work place at a time
  • Have a Car
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Great Leadership skills
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Great Analytical thinking skills
