Job Description
- Handling various types of legal cases in the field of civil and commercial law, arbitration, drafting contracts and issuing a legal opinion
- Litigation lawyer
- Review cases.
- Follow up on cases.
- Represent the Company in litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise on legal transactions.
- Provide the client with appropriate legal advice about legal issues and transactions.
- Attending court sessions.
- Prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleadings in civil cases.
- Collecting, organizing, and tabulating all documents of the cases.
- Draft contracts and audit contracts concluded.
- Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Law.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing different types of contracts.
- Specialized in Corporate, Commercial law is an asset
- Excellent command of both English & Arabic.
- Have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
