- Facilitates team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Ability to apply innovative approaches to improve team's efficiency

Job Requirements
- Experience (0-2 years) in handling a SCRUM team
- Experienced in SCRUM rituals
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Good agile coaching skills
- Understands the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rituals and practices
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
- Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments.
- Project reporting

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
