Job Description

Job Duties;

  • Organize and maintain personal records from engagement till termination.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, Turnover rates etc.)
  • Maintain and manage HR Pro computerized along with hard copy records of employees.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance.
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:·

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of Experience
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.·
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communications skills
