Job Duties;•
- Organize and maintain personal records from engagement till termination.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, Turnover rates etc.)
- Maintain and manage HR Pro computerized along with hard copy records of employees.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:·
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of Experience
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.·
- Excellent English
- Excellent communications skills
