Job Description

  • Managing Business and People in Pharmacies sales channel allover Egypt.
  • Responsible for UNITED Company for Pharmaceuticals (UCP) & UNITED Company for Trading & Distribution (UCTD).
  • Managing distributor sales team which exist in more than 70 branch around Egypt to provide Pharmacists with HAYAT products.
  • Planning & Executing Shipment orders and send it to customer service after checking stock level with the distributor.
  • Coordinate with customer service & logistics to ship orders on time.
  • Make & Organize financial business (Invoices, Deductions & Collection) between HAYAT & Distributor.
  • Visit distributor branches daily and share with the sales team achievements and opportunities.
  • Setting strategic plans in terms of sales targets, forecasts, budgets and monthly priorities.
  • Make & organize distributor sales team contests and trade initiatives using monthly promotions.
  • Make contest incentives and rebates before sharing with sales budget control team.
  • Monitoring & analysis sales team performance and share results with distributor top management.

Job Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of Sales / Business Development / Pharmacies.
  • Familiarity with Pharmacies Development process
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to open new markets and build new team.
  • Previous FMCG exeprience is a must.
