Job Description
- Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Write letters and emails.
- Order office supplies.
- Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Phone interviewing for applicants
- Prepares periodic reports as necessary or requested
- Apply for employment visas, visa renewals and labor cards.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting, or Business
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, office manager or Administrative assistant.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal impact and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
