Job Description

  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Write letters and emails.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Phone interviewing for applicants
  • Prepares periodic reports as necessary or requested
  • Apply for employment visas, visa renewals and labor cards.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting, or Business
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, office manager or Administrative assistant.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
