Job Description
- Performing modeling and simulation of power supplies and power electronics systems
- Convert datasheets to web-based design algorithms for automating the design process
- Use Move Application multifunction (Application Circuit, Design Wizard, Verification, BOM)
- Update or otherwise improve existing models and measurement processes
- Translate system requirements to chip and block-level architecture and specifications
- Mentor junior engineers in the team
- Working closely with Software teams on developing simulation models and verifying the design
- Solve customer concerns through tracker system or emails
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or software engineering
- 3+ years of electrical engineering experience in the area of power electronics
- Experience in multi-phase buck, boost and buck-boost converters
- Using simulation and math software such as SIMPLIS/SIMETRIX
- Hands-on experience with design, debug, and test of power converters
- Strong Knowledge of programing language such as Javascript and Python
- Strong understanding of mathematical principles in electrical engineering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Fluency in the English language.
