Job Description
- Monitor and assess the performance of the quality systems, report its effectiveness to management and implement actions for improvement.
- Report quality violations if needed.
- Support in the operations onboarding program by training newcomers on quality standards and procedures and coaching/monitoring them remotely or in person.
- Ensure compliance and record-keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, and sampling and sanitation activities.
- Manage QA related projects from inception to final reports and implementation that are based inside and outside the resources of the Dept. on a factory-wide basis.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Experience in automation system is a must
- CTFL Certification is preferred
