Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage AFIH Finance operations. Aim financial stability by establishing and executing a long-term financial strategy in line with Group Finance and in coordination with AF businesses in KSA. Improve compliance with group and local financial regulation and governance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks:

  • Responsible for preparation of financial statements, both standalone and consolidated, for Al Futtaim International Holding, KSA (AFIH)
  • Responsible to manage statutory audit of financial statements and timely filing of Zakat Return
  • Responsible for VAT compliance and timely filing of VAT returns for AFIH
  • Responsible for WHT compliance and timely filing of WHT Returns for AFIH
  • Manage the accounting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with AF Group accounting systems, policies and regulation.
  • Manage all accounts payables and receivables
  • Manage AFIH financial budget preparation.
  • Apply control and compliance mechanisms
  • Manage and maintain cashflow to meet business requirement
  • Collaborate with BU’s support their funding strategy requirements
  • Contribute to highlighting financial risks such as cash, debt collections, expenses management etc.
  • Manage outsourced activities.
  • Manage bank relations to support funding strategy
  • Manage other external stakeholders including GAZT, SAMA, SIMA
  • Participate in investment feasibilities
  • Participate in required Financial analysis and generate required reports.
  • Engage in Cost reduction activities

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • University degree with related experience.

Minimum Experience:

  • 8-10 years in a relevant position
