Purchasing & Logistic Executive

• Researching Potential Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers from Local & International
• Coordinating with Vendors/Suppliers to get Quotations with best prices.
• Compare and evaluate offers from other suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement, pricing & 30/60/90days credit
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Review prices, quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Purchasing & Logistics to buy Raw Materials that are essential for our company’s day to day/ongoing projects operations in Water Treatment Chemicals

Purchasing

• Responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, preparing reports (e.g. on orders & costs.).
• He should have good knowledge of market research, solid analytical skills to identify the most profitable offers.
• Familiar with Industrial Materials like - Industrial Boiler Spare Parts, Softener Accessories, RO Spares, Chemicals, Water Testing Instruments & Reagents.

Logistics

• He should have excessive knowledge of custom clearance procedures, freight etc. & to search the best freight forwarders to assign the responsible jobs to them.
• He should maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality & delivery on time.
