Job Description
- Work strategically with business managers to develop appropriate learning plans that anticipate and respond to business strategies and organizational changes
- Work with HPBPs and other heads of HR functions to ensure current and future business needs are reflected in practice.
- Be a key champion in the transformation of the Schneider Digital Learning Culture in creating, supporting and deploying focused L&D offers at the zone level, supported by on the cutting edge learning methods such as blended e-learning, digital, microlearning, virtual reality, online coaching, and more.
- Be in charge of using, promoting deploying learning offers that are created by the internal Schneider academies and by default designing those offers if they are needed and don’t exist.
- Support HRBPs and management in understanding development options through new tools and platforms,
- Identify and network staff with L&D accountabilities across the organization. Use this network to quantify the amount of L&D activity undertaken, look for synergies and upgrade organization’s approach.
- Ensure use of standards, processes and tools developed by the Global Solutions Team Undertake Learning specific projects as needed.
- Act as an active player in the regional Learning Solutions team to share best practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a learning partner or consultant in a complex and highly matrixed organization;
- Having significant experience from development, design and delivery of learning solutions;
- Utilizing project management methodology and thrive as a proactive business partner;
- Substantial experience from complex matrixes as well as excellent comprehension of both English and at least one local language;
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions and outcomes.
