Job Description
- Responsible for Following-up on Projects & Implementation of Internal Policies & Procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Helps Project managers"PM" in any project related tasks and acts on behalf of PM as requested in projects.
- Attends meetings held between Project Managers and Head of PMs "HPM", registers requirements and follows-up with PMs until pending tasks are completed.
- Submits daily reports to PM with project’s pending Issues.
- Participates in meetings held between PMs and other teams, and writes Minutes of meeting"MOM" to be submitted to HPM.
- Participates in the preparations of Monthly Business Report meeting to review Business Plan updates with management.
- Registers on MS Project all plans with achieved tasks and registers delays.
- Sends due tasks to the concerned resources and follows up on them daily to update the plan.
- Performs continuous project documentation (correspondences in/out, purchasing orders, petty cash, attendance reports...)
- Schedules meetings and arranges appointments for internal meetings.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Follows-up on Internal Policies & Procedures such as Web Time Sheet (WTS), (CRM) & ERP systems while fixing any problems that might appear with its owners.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office "Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Visio.
- Very good knowledge of Visual Source Safe (VSS)
- Very good knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera
Personal Skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Very good command of English
Education
- Bachelor's of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
