Job Description
- Meet and greet customers to the van.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Sell orange products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
- Up-sell value added services to customers.
- Present daily sales reports to his supervisor of customers inquiries and requests.
- Handle reconciliation of the daily sales transactions.
- Ensure all equipment are appropriately maintained and in good working condition.
- Monitor drivers tasks and responsibilities.
- Suggest new locations and plans for the vans.
- Review and follow up on the available stock and its availability all the time.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Experience
- 0 - 2 years of experience; preferably in direct sales or customer service.
Skills and abilities
- Good English language both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
- Very good communication and selling skills .
- Ability to work in a team.
- Flexible and adapt to changes.
- Very good in problem solving skills.
