Job Description

  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Receive and Respond to Customer Queries
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Build a strong relationship with the customers
  • Resolving and handling customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Create weekly reports

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience at least in customer success will be a plus or relevant field
  • English level from very good to Excellent.
  • Has Great Written Communication Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and results-oriented
  • Effectively solve problems and conflicts
  • A true team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details
  • Have the right attitude and flexibility
