Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Handle all EL public, corporate, professional training and grant programs logistics,
- Conduct placement tests onsite and offsite for walk-ins, corporate and grants programs if needed;
- Create certificates and grade reports; for corporate and grants programs clients
- Create and share public course schedule with concerned departments as advised;
- Ensure accurate data is entered and maintained for the public, closed and test prep classes on.
- Ensure that customer surveys are conducted regularly and feedback is shared with teachers and management;
- Coordinate with EL Coordinator as needed on teachers’ issues;
- Maintain the trainers and instructors’ database;
- Maintain, review and verify teachers’ daily sign-in / out;
- Collect monthly payments from teachers in the Cairo office and other off-site programs,
- Support teachers’ classroom booking, photocopying and class support;
- Conduct evaluations for sponsored programs and grants;
- Help contact clients for different purposes
- Liaison with clients regarding complaints and requests;
- Reports clients’ complaints to the Education Senior Specialist;
- Handle EL team travel and transportation requests if needed;
- Handle EL Dept. shipping requests
Job Requirements
- Work shifts (6 days Saturday – Thursday) from (4:00 to 11:00 PM), to be modified upon business needs.
