Job Description
- Supporting and developing the whole staffing and placement function within the university with a clear objective of attracting and hiring fit, and distinguished talents.
- Recruiting: Advertising and soliciting resumes from qualified candidates
- Coordinating and attending MSA Career Fair and other Career Fairs
- Screening resumes and applications for suitability
- Conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal
- Making hiring recommendations based on the eligibility criteria provided.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language
- High presentation and communication skills
- Leadership skills and loyalty.
- Excellent Computer skills (Proficient user of MS Office and Internet)
- Energetic and creative personalities are required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the recruitment field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment in schools is required.
CVs without experience in schools will not be accepted.
