Job Description
In collaboration with the CEO and the Manager and under their supervision, the Marketing Officer & Executive Assistant will handle the following tasks:
- Sorting and creating media products such as photos and videos and prepare them for the marketing use.
- Using the media in marketing for the company in social media, web sites, blogs, etc.
- Data entry and moderating and updating the company websites.
- Assist the company CEO and Manager in managing the company managements sheets, mails and whatsapp groups.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team (CEO and Manager).
- Working 6 days a week - 8 hours a day - but flexible to perform tasks after working hours and weekend in case of emergency.
Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Familiar with the travel business and have good knowledge of the different tours and destinations in Egypt.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in French, German will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent in Marketing in Social Media
- Good in dealing with Camera, for taking photos and videos.
- Familiar with word press.
- Excellent computer skills (Internet, word, excel, etc) - Google drive and its products -
- Energetic personality and ability to learn fast.
Preferable
- Healthy and active.
- Living not far from Maadi.
