Job Description
- Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem through emails and chatting and a ticketing system.
- Send technical documentation to customers
- Refer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support tech
- Assume remote control over customer computers when necessary to resolve problems.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in an international customer service account or a similar Back Office experience.
- Flexible with our working hours (3 pm to 11 pm or 4 pm to 12 am)
