Job Description

  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem through emails and chatting and a ticketing system.
  • Send technical documentation to customers
  • Refer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support tech
  • Assume remote control over customer computers when necessary to resolve problems.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in an international customer service account or a similar Back Office experience.
  • Flexible with our working hours (3 pm to 11 pm or 4 pm to 12 am)
