Job Description
- QA / Software tester is responsible for preparing the Test estimates, test strategy/Plan preparation, requirement analysis and briefing to the team, Test case review and reporting are the part of the test role.
- QA / Software tester is responsible to coordinate with development, Reporting support and business
- Work with Solutions delivery team to identify and capture test scenario’s, test cases, ensure version management
- Co-ordination of test environments, non-functional requirements, design test strategy, test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and perform executing these cases.
- Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to the quality risk and report it to all stakeholders of the project.
- Understand Stakeholder Requirements and overall product architecture
- Provide effort estimates for new requirements and enhancements
- Prepare Test Artifacts like Test Plan/Strategy, Test Scenarios/Cases
- Test Execution
- Status Report
- UAT Support/Coordination
- Resolve problems arising during various phases of the SD
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Experience in web and mobile testing
- Good understanding of ISTQB foundation level
- Experience in Black-box testing (manual testing)
- Being punctual, hard-working, with quick grasping aptitude
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test automation frameworks like Appium and selenium.
- Excellent communication skills
- Performance testing aptitude
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in using testing tools like JIRA
- Experience in implementing testing best practices
