Job Description
1) Sending and Receiving phone calls, faxes and mail.
- Checking who is the other party, whom does he want and the subject of the call, fax, mail …
- Screening junk phone calls, faxes and mail.
- Typing/scanning the necessary document
- Follow up on all HR Administrative uncompleted tasks to get it done.
2) Regulating paperwork and filing system.
- Collecting any documents and sorts them according to their specific nature.
- Keeping employee/HR files and/or copy for each and every set of transactions and
3) Being accountable for employees attendance and absence.
- Responsible for the cards of the payclock (Attendance System)
- Responsible for the availability and handling of the absence/excuse – late coming – early leave forms.
- Submitting the absence/excuse requests to the HR person.
- Preparing all salary deductions/addition for the various reason by the 20th of each month for salary adjustment.
- Finalizing all timesheets and overtime for the final balance for the salary sheet.
- Regulating the recruitment and orientation process.
- Guiding the newly accepted employees fulfilling/submitting their legal papers.
- Issuing all in-house regulations and procedures for employee welcoming the introduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3-6 years of management experience
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Near of Work Place
