Job Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Prepare statistical reports.
  • Manage spreadsheets.
  • Greet and receive a visitor.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machines and scanner.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor’s degree). or other.
  • 3- 5 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong English & computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
  • Professional and friendly disposition.
