Job Description

  • Coordinate all stages of the hiring process
  • Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required
  • Assess employee engagement and retention
  • Design and implement training and development programs
  • Manage all payroll process
  • Confirm that the required documents are completed and properly filed
  • Conducting interviews, recruiting, and screen new staff
  • Arranging training sessions/orientation with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
  • Assisting managers with staff requirements
  • Conducting performance mid/annual appraisal & KIP'S with department heads
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
  • Manage employees relation barreling with labor laws
  • Update & implement employees benefits program including social, medical coverage & rewards
  • Proven effective participation in staff party & events

Job Requirements

  • BA degree or law (Preferably Certified HR Diploma)
  • Max age 30 years old max-age 30
  • New Cairo or Nasr City residents preferably
  • 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, including 2 years in a supervisory position. (preferably real estate field)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in MS Office, HR software and presentation tools
  • Excellent administrative skills
