Job Description
- Coordinate all stages of the hiring process
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required
- Assess employee engagement and retention
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Manage all payroll process
- Confirm that the required documents are completed and properly filed
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and screen new staff
- Arranging training sessions/orientation with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
- Assisting managers with staff requirements
- Conducting performance mid/annual appraisal & KIP'S with department heads
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Manage employees relation barreling with labor laws
- Update & implement employees benefits program including social, medical coverage & rewards
- Proven effective participation in staff party & events
Job Requirements
- BA degree or law (Preferably Certified HR Diploma)
- Max age 30 years old max-age 30
- New Cairo or Nasr City residents preferably
- 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, including 2 years in a supervisory position. (preferably real estate field)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in MS Office, HR software and presentation tools
- Excellent administrative skills
