Job Description
- Represent company in court or before government agencies.
- Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization’s interests.
- Provide follow up on legal issues and make recommendations for system improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for all operations in the company.
- Providing advise concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
- Present and summarize cases to judges.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
- Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience as Primary Lawyer, preferably in Real estate/Construction companies.
- 6th of October & nearby locations residents
