Job Description

  • Structuring and producing solid annual business/ marketing plans.
  • Protect and promote brands, monitor equities, build new and maintain market share.
  • Benchmark and establish operational best practices and ensure consistency in implementation.
  • Customer focus, understanding needs, and behavior, translating these to product/ service improvements.
  • Responsible for building& executing a yearly marketing plan, budget, Calendar& evaluation methodology.
  • Improve the commercial performance of the brands and managing brand positioning.
  • Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining a market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Align marketing function, maintain smooth and dynamic workflows with other support functions as well as advertising and media agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Educational background should be in marketing.
  • A professional level in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent/Fluent in English

  • Strong team-building with different specialties: retail, e-marketing, communication and customer service.
  • Thinking Out of the box
  • Professional experience in retail and marketing management.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing overall with in-depth knowledge of brand building, communication strategies, promotion, and digital marketing.

  • Market intelligence skills, competitors monitoring to build a unique competitive advantage.
  • Age is not more than 35 years.
  • Professional experience in retail and marketing management.
