Responsibilities
- Create a variety of Arabic content for the brand Suplift.com and its social media outlets.
- Prepare a content plan on a monthly bases that include two Instagram account, one Twitter account, and Facebook. In addition to videos for use on YouTube.
- Highlight and promote the experiences on Suplift experience marketplace on a weekly bases and help generate sales for them.
- Manage and hire a remote team of designers and videographers to make engaging content for Suplift.
- Enhance the engagement rate with Suplift posts on social media via interactive content.
- Publish and schedule content on a weekly bases.
- Send weekly reports of content publishing and performance to the management.
KPIs: Content publishing rate (posts per day), team utilization, content quality, engagement rate, marketplace growth, sales on experiences.
Note: This is a remote work position. You must have a stable and continues internet connection.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, publishing, or multimedia.
- Experience in online marketing is a plus.
- Has past experience creating multiple types of content for social media.
- Experience managing teams and content production for more than 3 years.
- High understanding of Saudi culture and language.
- Organizational skills.
- High-level communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Expert in photo and video editing app from Adobe.
