Job Description

  • Participate in setting the main objectives of the company and participate in its formulation.
  • Preparation of sub-plans and operational programs for financial management to achieve the main objectives of the company.
  • Participation in the meetings of the Board of Directors and give an opinion on the results and decisions.
  • Participation and effective attendance at the regular meetings of the administration.
  • Responsibility for following up the implementation of financial management plans.
  • Training financial management personnel on their work and transfer his experience to them so that they are qualified to replace him in case of absence of his absence.
  • Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve the performance of the work under his administration.
  • Proposing the appropriate annual budget of the company within the available possibilities.
  • Follow up and supervision of the annual budgets of the company.
  • Review and approve all exchange documents and issue a disbursement order.
  • Conduct periodic inventory of the Treasury in cooperation with the concerned parties.
  • Holding, maintaining and maintaining all financial documents and books and following up the validity and validity of these documents. to keep full copies of all financial documents, whether in favor of the company.
  • Submit weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the CEO Director to discuss these reports at the regular meetings of the Board.
  • Keeping all quality management records of the financial management procedure and all its work subject to internal audit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Commerce - Accounting Department.
  • Age between (40-55) years old.
  • The CFO should have the following expertise:
  • Experience in accounting work not less than 7 years, including at least two years in a similar job status, or 3 years experience as a financial accountant.
  • 3 years experience as a cost accountant.
