Job Description
- Serve as the primary contact for the customer during the implementation process.
- Participate with development team in testing new releases of the product.
- Testing, Maintaining and troubleshooting final system setups
- Provide in depth training to the end users in the system set-up and functionalities.
- Respond to all client inquiries and troubleshoots, report and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement and deploy new releases to the end users
- May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- 0-1 year experience
- Educational background experience is a plus
