Job Description
- Admin deployment cycles of new services, updates and fixes
- Integration setup with backend services
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; completing troubleshooting procedures.
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design deployment and operation procedures
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with related technologies and tools
