Job Description
- Main Contributor in establishing, planning, and organizing operation in relation to operators and nurses functions.
- Effective participation in setting policies and procedures & operation cycle at organization levels with special reference to operators and nurses functions.
- Supervising and controlling the nursing and operators departments’ performance through planning strategies of improvement, training, performance evaluation, and appraisals, participating in putting the incentives scheme for employees.
- Participating in stocks and consumables control, as well as purchasing policies to the departments’ under direct supervision
- Organization the tasks distribution and goals for employees under direct supervision.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree of Nursing/Operators.
- Experience more than 7 years as supervisor
Experience:
- Preferred (7 – 10) years of experience in same position or field
Training:
- Specialized training in any of the above fields or specialties
- Basic life support training course
- Infection control courses
Competencies :
Technical Competencies:
- Good English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
