Job Description
- Full handling of the financial & administration issues of the Cairo office.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Communicate with the CEO and all the directors to keep them fully informed of all major Business Development.
- Deal well with clients and assure the building of a good relationships with them.
- Handle client’s inquiries and complaints.
- Update all of the customer records.
- Arrange travel and business meetings.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments while taking detailed meeting minutes.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system of the necessary documents
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Having an accounting background is a plus.
- Able to work & finish tasks independently
- Able to thoroughly research topics and issues and come up with effective conclusions
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
- Able to develop professional documents and presentations in both English and Arabic.
- Having good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Residing in the area of New Cairo is a plus.
- Having a car is preferable
