Job Description

  • Run monthly report transaction "Monthly effects" Variables.
  • Preparing social insurance sheets (form 1# - form 6#).
  • Complete hiring process and follow up of the insurance procedures and labor office procedures.
  • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
  • Handling the process of termination and resignations.
  • Keeping all the personnel files updated and following up the new-hired documents to be completed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Command of English Language
  • Preferable have workshops in personnel
  • V.Good command of using Excel.
