Job Description
- Run monthly report transaction "Monthly effects" Variables.
- Preparing social insurance sheets (form 1# - form 6#).
- Complete hiring process and follow up of the insurance procedures and labor office procedures.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
- Handling the process of termination and resignations.
- Keeping all the personnel files updated and following up the new-hired documents to be completed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good Communication skills
- Good Command of English Language
- Preferable have workshops in personnel
- V.Good command of using Excel.
